ANXIETY
Anxiety can show up in a lot of different ways—racing thoughts, a constant sense of worry, or feeling on edge even when nothing seems wrong. It can make everyday tasks feel overwhelming and hard to manage, but it doesn’t have to stay this way. I'm here to help you understand what's going on and work with you to find tools that bring relief, calm, and a greater sense of control.
DEPRESSION
Depression can make everything feel heavier, like you’re moving through life in slow motion or just going through the motions. It can affect your energy, your sleep, your relationships, and even your sense of self. If you're feeling stuck, numb, or just not like yourself, you're not alone. I'm here to listen, support you, and help you find a path forward at your own pace.
ADHD
Living with ADHD can feel like your mind is always on fast-forward, making it tough to stay organized, focus, or follow through, even when you’re trying your best. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply exhausted, you’re not alone. Together, we can work on strategies that help you better understand your brain and build on your strengths.
RELATIONSHIP ABUSE
Abuse in a relationship isn’t always obvious, it can look like control, fear, isolation, or emotional manipulation. If you’re feeling confused, afraid, or unsure of what’s “normal,” know that your experiences are valid and you deserve support. I'm here to offer a safe space where you can begin to process what you’ve been through and explore your next steps, at your own pace.
GRIEF AND LOSS
Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Whether you’re mourning a loved one, a relationship, or a life that no longer looks the way it once did, the pain is real, and so is the healing. You don’t have to go through it alone. I'm here to walk with you, listen without judgment, and help you find your way through the waves of loss.
LGBTQ+ UPS AND DOWNS
Navigating the world as an LGBTQ+ person can come with unique joys and challenges. Whether you're exploring your identity, facing rejection, or simply needing a space where you can be fully seen and heard, I'm here to support you. This is a place where you don’t have to explain who you are—just come as you are.
TRAUMA
Trauma can leave deep marks, even long after the event has passed. Flashbacks, numbness, anxiety, or feeling “stuck” are just a few ways it can show up in daily life. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to face it alone. I'll provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of your experiences and reconnect with your sense of self.
SELF-ESTEEM ISSUES
If you’re constantly second-guessing yourself, feeling “not good enough,” or struggling to see your own worth, you’re not alone. Self-esteem issues often stem from past experiences, but they don’t have to define your future. In therapy, I’ll help you challenge old beliefs and build a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself.
FAMILY SEPARATION
Whether it’s due to divorce, immigration, conflict, or loss, family separation can be incredibly painful and disorienting. It can bring up feelings of grief, guilt, or uncertainty about your identity and future. I'm here to help you process those emotions, find stability, and create space for healing and reconnection.
